The following is the flow of our business/services;
1)

We initially receive an inquiry from a new client company by means of direct telephone calls, e-mail,FAX, and/or through someone's introduction indirectly. (Telephone : 03-5749-3770 / FAX : 03-5749-3775 / e-mail : gen@kta.co.jp)

2)

We will visit at the client's office to obtain a precise and detailed information on specific requirements to avoid any misunderstanding and miscommunication.

3)

Both parties shall formally sign on a contract after a mutual agreement to the terms.

4)

With signatures put, our search activities shall immediately launch.

5)

Our search projects will be consistently carried out by keeping close contacts with respective clients.

6)

Screening out from potential ones,we will recommend to a client company strong candidates for their own interview.

7)

After an interview(s) held by a client company, the company will decide whether they will want to employ a particular candidate interviewed or to go for their review over new candidates.

8)

An "Offer Letter" will be issued to a successful candidate from a client company.

9)

With the acceptance of an Offer and signature put on an Offer Letter by a successful candidate,both parties officially agree to launch into an employment relationship. Some companies may issue an Employment Agreement to be exchanged on or after the date of employment directly between the company and the candidate, in addition to the Offer Letter accepted.

KT ASSOCIATES provides its clients with the described services, as above mentioned, on a "contingent-on-success" basis.
